It appears the size of the actual event every year gets smaller and smaller - especially with the turnout of the tuner cars. Although, despite the poor tuner turnout at this event its pleasant to see a variety of classic and muscle cars when coming out of the Toronto cold winter weather.
With attractions such as a couple of cars from the popular TV show Overhaulin' and special guest appearances from Chip Foose and Overhaulin' "AJ" the event pulled in the crowd. Auto enthusiasts of all types fought the winter blues and quenched their thirst for cars at Speedorama.
Local favourites like the Acurabot, the Batman truck and the Baby Phat truck sure made their presence known. Heck thank goodness for the blasting tunes coming from the Acurabot - if not the place would of been on the silent side. What I found astonishing was that I never would of thought I would here "Footloose" playing from the Acurabot. Make sure to check out the photo gallery of this event. |
